3 Summer Timesavers

It’s summertime. So make a pledge to take it a little easier and enjoy some extra down time. Here are a few ways you can do that:

-When you cook, make a double portion so that you can freeze one half for another time.

-Plan ahead. Just think about all of the minutes wasted searching for [fill in the blank], multitasking prepping lunch and breakfasts for your family, or changing outfits seven times until you find the one to wear. If you have things laid out and ready to go in their proper places the night before, you’ll not only save time but quite a bit of stress too.

– Get up earlier. Doesn’t sound all that relaxing does it? Maybe not, but it can be an amazing way to get much-needed “me time” before everyone else in the family wakes up. Whether you use that time to read some great books or exercise, once you’re out of bed with the coffee brewing you will not regret starting your day early.
